PERMANENT MAKEUP AND  COSMETICS

As we all have experienced, life can throw unexpected happenings at us, at the blink of an eye. In order to protect the valued time of every client, as well as business, there is a strict cancellation policy set in place. It is imperative that you communicate with your artist if you are going to be late or cannot make your scheduled appointment time. 

Every appointment request requires a booking fee in order to secure an appointment.  

With every appointment, a minimum of 72 hour notice is required for cancellation/reschedule due to the length of each service. 

CANCELLATION: Any cancellation/reschedule request made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in total loss of booking fee and a new booking fee will be required with your rescheduled appointment. 

LATE: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be rescheduled with an added $50 late fee.

 NO-CALL/NO-SHOW: There is a No-Tolerance Policy for no-call/no-shows!

Complete loss of booking fee and further appointments will be at the discretion of the artist. 

Any further appointment requests will be required to pay the full cost of appointment up front, if the artist allows for further booking. 

Please note: at no point are these policies intended to be harmful to any client. They are set in place to protect the value and time dedicated to each appointment. 

By paying the booking fee, you are agreeing to the terms of these policies.
